Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and prepare deeds and documents including but not limited to vetting of property documents, Title search, Ownership verification, Mortgage Deed, IGPA, Deed of Redemption, Deed of Revocation and any other deed/document when instructed and when so required.
∎ Ensuring title search of documents in due time before disbursement of Loan. Monitor and follow up of the title search and ensuring the authenticity of the property documents through proper verification method.
∎ Complete vetting of land documents and prepare opinion along with wanting list if applicable within 03 days of receiving the file and co-ordinate with RM and external lawyer regarding obtaining wanted documents and external opinion as soon as possible and, in any case, not later than the work flowchart
∎ Co-ordinate with the concerned person/department regarding disposal of vetting & searching bills and have at all times updated information/data regarding the same.
∎ Ensure efficient disposal of loan disbursement file when received without delay. Assist in disbursement process of loan files.
∎ To file, follow up, to give hazia, witness, to face cross examination etc. of all N.I Act cases, Artha Rin & Artha Execution Suits of NFL etc.

∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Land related documents
∎ Ability for vetting of land/property documents
∎ Ability to search the genuineness of land documents
∎ Knowledge about cases under NI Act, Artha Rin & Artha Execution Suits.
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Effective communication skills
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
