∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Job Context:
∎ SR Shipping is a sister concern of KSRM Group of Industries. SR Shipping vessels are managed by Brave Royal Ship Management (BD) Ltd. Our vessels are Bulk Carrier DWT/45000-66000 with cargo gear.
∎ We are looking for individuals with highly motivated, dynamic, and able to work in his own initiatives to provide IT support for office & ships.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to SR Shipping office premises;
∎ Provide system support and general configuration of various software., installation of various OS onboard Ship as per demand;
∎ Ensure active tracking and record for all movement of IT assets;
∎ Support user in-person/remote in regards to: Email, Laptop/Desktop;
∎ Supervision of customized software;
∎ Support on customized software;
∎ Hardware troubleshooting of PC & related issue;
∎ Networking of PCs over LAN & IP configuration;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Able to work outside the office attend ships at outer anchorage Chattogram sea port as necessary;
∎ Mentality to work late hour as necessary;
∎ Work well under pressure;
∎ Good communication skills.
