∎ Conversant in working under Windows and Linux Operating System;
∎ Good understanding of IT Security, Server, Networking and Back-up solutions;
∎ Strong computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet analysis; and
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Working on Domain Controller, IPBX Server, Mail Server, Application Server etc. of IDCOL Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites;
∎ Operating VMware to create new Virtual Servers and monitoring server’s performance of IDCOL DC and DR sites;
∎ Installing and configuring Windows and Linux Operating System on Servers;
∎ Managing internet connection of Head Office (HO) and Regional Offices (RO) as well as data connectivity between IDCOL DC, DR and other stakeholders;
∎ Managing Local Area Network of IDCOL HO and RO;
∎ Managing Wi-Fi routers and providing user privilege;
∎ Operating IDCOL router, firewall, switch etc.;
∎ Working on web application hosting;
∎ Creating requisition for procurement of hardware and software;
∎ Handling and resolving IT support calls (both software or hardware), installing and deploying new software and hardware, upgrading and troubleshooting for IDCOL head office and RO when necessary;
∎ Contacting vendor for repair and maintenance of IT equipment;
∎ Setting up and providing support for audio/video conferencing;
∎ Working as a team member and providing adequate support to other IT officials; and
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor and senior IT officials.
