∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost & Management Accounting, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ This is one of the largest leading woven outerwear (Tops & bottom) Jacket manufacturing companies in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for Junior Officer HR. Must have working experience in Garments Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update employee information into software & Personal file.
∎ Prepare Punch card, temporary card, privilege card when required.
∎ Appointment Letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, evaluation sheet, Bills, Yearly General Ledger, Disciplinary letter, leave form, Monthly File check & Update etc.
∎ Issuing various letter and complete process of Appointment to Final Settlement & Update.
∎ Prepare attendance sheet for monthly salary of employees.
∎ Prepare attendance sheet and verify payroll sheet for supplementary and arrears payments.
∎ Prepare Final Bill and any other bills to ensure payment of an Exiting Employee.
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection procedure, assist to open bank account, EOT check,
∎ Fulfill queries from both Audit and Accounts Department on Compensation & Benefit (C&B) issues.
∎ Process Maternity Benefit payments.
∎ Maintain Delivery of disciplinary letters & record for long absenteeism in personal file
∎ Prepare all document related to HR/ Payroll.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House/Garments
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS word, Excel and Power point).
