∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as part of a 24/7 NOC monitoring team, providing world class support to both our internal stakeholders and partners
∎ Troubleshoot issues related to all aspects of our systems - from website, server, network and database
∎ Identify situations where escalation to our level 2 support team is required
∎ Monitor multiple alert and monitoring tools to identify possible system issues
∎ Create daily reports to share outage updates with fellow team members and the wider stakeholders in our business
∎ Ability to work a flexible schedule (day shift and nightshift)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience managing and supporting network infrastructures
∎ Relevant Background Studies such as BSc in CSE/EEE
∎ Previous experience in identifying issues and successfully following them through to completion
∎ Familiarity with one (or more) of the following monitoring tools - Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, Kibana
∎ Knowledge in managing and supporting VPN's
∎ Exposure working in a busy technical support environment
∎ Fluent English is essential
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
∎ Fluent English is essential. Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
∎ Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
∎ Exceptional attention to detail
