Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems, network performance for ensuring operating efficiently and infrastructure.
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software. Policy Development:
∎ Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
∎ Communicate effectively with non-technical staff to explain technical issues and solutions.
