Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline (A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
∎ Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
∎ Testing graphics across various media
∎ Studying design briefs and determining requirements
∎ Scheduling projects and defining budget constraints
∎ Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
∎ Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
∎ Developing illustrations, logos, videos, and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Working with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
∎ Testing graphics across various media
∎ Amending designs after feedback
∎ Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
∎ Familiarity with design software and technologies
∎ Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop
∎ Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator
∎ Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign
∎ Adobe After Effects
∎ Adobe Premiere Pro
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
