• A bachelor / Degree in Supply Chain Management or HSC passed with Diploma in Supply Chain Management and related field is required.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with a specific focus on perishable goods is preferable.
• The applicants might have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital. Additional Requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, such as SAP, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure & adapt to a fast-paced environment, make quick and well-informed decisions.
• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude is essential, as the role requires close cooperation with the SCM team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:
Job Responsibilities
Direct Sourcing:
- Actively identify, explore, and procure perishable goods directly from the spot market.
- Continuously monitor market trends, explore new markets & suppliers, and negotiate competitive prices to secure cost and quality advantages.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and quality reports.
- Prepare and submit regular procurement and inventory reports.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections of procured goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Reject substandard products and document all quality discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels of perishable items to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Accurately forecast demand, track consumption, and ensure timely replenishment.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all perishables purchasing-related inquiries and negotiations.
