∎ Candidates must have a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PC, Laptop, IP-Camera installation and maintenance, changing accessories, troubleshooting.
∎ Check the LAN, WLAN, AP, routers and switches.
∎ Provide end user support and training if necessary.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ Check online for new software updates, Virus outbreak and latest technology.
∎ Generate different kinds of Reports according to management required.
∎ Assist IT Administrator by managing and updating inventory of IT equipment.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the IT Administrator, Dean of Academics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 (two) years' experience in IT department.
∎ Candidates should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Troubleshoot hardware
∎ Software
