∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in EEE/ ECE/ CSE/ IT/ ETE/ Telecommunication from reputed Public and Private University will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operating, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications, and Security Patches.
∎ Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer.
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ Attending co-workers complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ Must have very good knowledge about TCP/ IP.
∎ Must have very good understanding in Local Area Network.
∎ Monitoring, reporting and maintaining computer systems and network.
∎ Network Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting for the Office Network.
∎ Knowledge on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
∎ ISP Performance monitoring and report on service quality.
∎ Office 365 email Server maintenance.
∎ Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certification Training of related field will be preferred.
∎ Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, excel, PPT, Visio) is a MUST. MS-Access is a plus.
