  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related subject.

  • Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of data recovery, disaster management, hardware and software maintenance, and network administration.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting IT equipment (computers, networks, servers, IP cameras).

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Bangla typing skills are a plus.Energetic and dedicated with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficient in computer skills, including email setup.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide IT support to all users (staff and students).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and IT equipment issues, including CCTV cameras.

  • Maintain networking systems and servers.Assemble computers and configure software as needed.

  • Manage security software (e.g., antivirus) to protect data.

  • Maintain and configure routers, projectors, and other tech equipment.

  • Fix and set up network printers, UPS, monitors, and laptops.

  • Configure staff computers and email (e.g., Outlook).

  • Set up projectors in classrooms for teachers and meetings.

  • Create and print report cards as instructed.

  • Assist with printing and scanning documents.

  • Manage employee ID cards and attendance devices.

  • Supervise photocopiers, PABX, and IP cameras, maintaining stock records.

  • Capture photos at events and provide technical assistance as needed.

  • Assist departments during workshops and training sessions.

  • Oversee the IT lab and perform regular equipment checks.Maintain IT inventory records for all equipment.

  • Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment.

  • Manage user accounts and implement data backup procedures.

  • Document IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.

  • Provide basic IT training to staff and students.

  • Keep an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

  • Ensure compliance with school policies and data protection regulations.

  • Prepare reports on IT support requests for improvement.

  • Collaborate with departments to understand IT needs and enhance productivity.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
