Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist recruiting, coordinating, selecting & promoting the right candidates.
∎ Keep track of employee on probation and ensure confirmation of employment is done timely.
∎ Manage leave, movement & attendance of employees.
∎ To ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ Generate necessary reports according to the needs of the management.
∎ Maintaining employee’s bank account opening procedures.
∎ Handling disciplinary procedure.
∎ Conduct exit Interview of separated staff.
∎ Responsible for employee separation procedure.
∎ Organizing and maintaining personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ Maintaining human resource database by recording joining, transfers, separation and changes in job classifications, updated leave information.
∎ Preparing salary sheet.
∎ Performed any other task assigned by Management.
