Job Context:
∎ The creative Art Director who appreciates working in a fast environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes clients “click” and will cooperate with a design-savvy team to develop an overall concept.
∎ The target is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and striking campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and create marketing, branding communication, and event material concepts & theme aligned with the campaign, event or project objective (ATL, BTL and TTL)
∎ Develop visual strategies for various communication initiatives
∎ Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the team
∎ Knowledge and experience in event based designing
∎ Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
∎ Ensure project deadlines are met.
∎ Supervise project & team.
∎ Any task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in 2D, 3D and all forms of visuals and graphical representations.
∎ Proficiency in multiple of the following items namely, Adobe Suites particularly InDesign, Sketch Up, Premier Pro, After Effects, CAD, Photoshop and Illustrator, is highly preferred.
∎ Free hand drawing, digital illustration skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office and e-mail.
∎ Good spoken and written skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Innovative and creative thinker.
∎ Have sound self-discipline and focus on self-development.
∎ Excellent communication and team management skills.
