Education:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Engineering in COE/CSE/IT relevant field

• Certification or related course will get priority

• Minimum 6 months in ISP industry (Technical Support/NOC) –Roster Duty Operation
• Proficient in relevant computer applications

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of network elements through network management systems monitoring;

• Troubleshooting for primary outages of any link / network elements;

• Prepare performance and monitoring status reports for operational networks;

• Prepare performance and monitoring status reports for operational networks;

• Network Management Systems monitoring, management and reporting;

• Stay updated with industry NMS products and trends - new tools and enhancements;

• Develop, maintain, and enhance monitoring and reporting tools, techniques, procedures in support of overall network operations;

• External communication to maintain the SLA.
