Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• Experience in visual storytelling, design abilities, branding, training materials, and eLearning content development.

• Portfolio showcasing interactive learning modules and creative design work.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

• 1 to 3 years

• Assist in developing training materials, tutorials, videos, animations, audio sessions, podcasts, manuals, step by step guide, and instructional content.

• Build eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

• Write scripts from provided content or create original scripts when required.

• Contribute to syllabus, curriculum, and course plan development.

• Visualize lesson structure and learner experience across modules.

• Design interactive and engaging learning activities, quizzes, and multimedia elements.

• Review and QA modules for accuracy, consistency, usability, and technical issues.

• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and best practices.

• Gather feedback from SMEs, learners, and stakeholders; incorporate revisions.

• Prepare and maintain module documentation, multilingual scripts and files, revision notes, and asset lists.

• Support file organization and version control during development.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, graphic designers and animators, and team members to streamline content production.

• Develop and design content for eLearning, distance learning, and other digital platforms.

• Prepare publishing files with precise specifications and formatting.
