বিল্ডিং কনস্ট্রাকশন কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
সাইট সুপারভিশনের কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
MS Word, MS Excel এবং Internet ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী এবং দলগতভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
নির্মাণ কাজের সাইট সুপারভিশন করা।
কাজের অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং মান নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রকল্পের কাজ নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন করতে সহযোগিতা করা।
দৈনিক কাজের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা বাস্তবায়ন করা।
