Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on the production floor & dealing with line floor In-charge.
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Time Study, Method study & reporting.
∎ Collecting daily floor production data and other performance data.
∎ Reviewing operator's skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Worker Skill test report for new recruited worker.
∎ Any others task assign by management.
∎ Follow the instruction which will be given by the concern authority to the point.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skill Required: Computer Skill, Garments Industry, Good Communication Skills, Industrial Engineering, Undergarments factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Undergarments. Industrial Engineering.
