∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Skill Required: Computer Skill, Garments Industry, Good Communication Skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently able to manage Inventory/Warehouse Software for RMG factory.
∎ Inventory Software as per Material Receiving Requisition (MRR) & Overall responsive of the Inventory Operations.
∎ Receive Materials as per Challan, Purchase Order (PO)/ Work Order (WO) and other relevant documents.
∎ Check quality and quantity of the received materials.
∎ Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out to the correct point of storage area.
∎ Prepare stock statements/report on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department, accounts department for purchasing of material and bill clearance.
∎ Support Production and distribution team for on time delivery of the materials as per invoice maintaining accountability.
∎ Ensuring Security of warehouse of warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean, organized.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
∎ Any Other work as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in ERP and multiple Warehouse Software is an added advantage
∎ Good skill in MS officer, Power Point & Internet browsing.
∎ Communication skills with workers and office.
∎ Good skill speaking, listening & writing in English.
∎ Hardworking, Smart & Honest.
