Responsibilities & Context:

Company Name: Dial 2 Support
Location: Savar DOHS, Ashulia, Dhaka

Workplace: Work at office
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: 15K-20K (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming & outgoing calls.

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to sell products.

  • Customer needs.

  • Ability to convert into sales.

  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.

  • Maintain customer information in the company database.

  • Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
