∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Jr. Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, Communicate via social media, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone/texts . You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound sales calls or response text messages to potential and existing customers
∎ Identify and evaluate customer needs to offer solutions and close sales
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
∎ Maintain accurate records of all leads, appointments, and customer interactions
∎ Continuously improve product and sales knowledge to remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments
∎ Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Fluent in Both Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and tools
