∎ We are looking for a Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, qualified and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the IT & Sales department.
∎ To succeed in this role, you must be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. You will assume different roles at times, as a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert, and be confident chasing sales targets.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and persuasively pitch the best solution to the clients. A strong network in the developer and architecture industries will be highly regarded.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, monitor & maintain Windows environments.
∎ Good knowledge of Hardware, Network, Internet, Windows, MS Office, Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Maintain and set up Printer, scanner, photocopy machine, projector, sound system, and IP Camera and basic knowledge on troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain hardware, software, and networking issue and have good knowledge of IT-enabled services.
∎ Diagnose hardware and software problems, replace defective components if requires.
∎ Good typing skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Plan and manage all our social media platforms and tools.
∎ Prepare and analyze reports on our marketing campaigns and overall performance.
∎ Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Ability to learn and adapt with new software and technology.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
