Experience:
Must have the Fire Safety Manager Course from FSCD.
Compliance & Audit.
Must have skills & sufficient experience to lead a fire safety team efficiently.
Ensure monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per program to aware all workers & staff.
Must be well familiar to set up firefighting equipment as per the requirements of the Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.
Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management to ensure fire safety in Garments/ textile industry.
Ensure firefighting training from the Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.
Coordinate all Compliance/Security audits such as (RSC, WRAP, GSV, LED, SEDEX, ISO,(14001,45001,9001)Better Work, C-TPAT, NIRAPON, HIGG, OCS, RCS, etc.) Maintain all certificates and licenses of the factory.
Monitor/supervise organizational structural, electric, Fire, Environment, Security, and worker grievance issues through the internal audit as per the in-house Compliance checklist.
Ensure and maintain all compliance-related issues, buyer`s COC, and legal requirements.
Check all data, records, format, statement, rack, file, and register of all departments which should be properly prepared, issued, updated, and maintained as per compliance requirements/standards.
Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
