We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Assign QA (Buyer-VF). Who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. • Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do necessary task of PP meeting.
• Should follow up pre-production activities-from the size set stage.
• Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to related section.
• Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and deliver in right time to the buyer.
• Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
• Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
• Maintain the style detail file with all required documents (style file).
• Do inline & pre-final audits from sewing &pack garment & pass the information of inspection result & keep record.
• Ensure end product quality before buyer final quality inspection. Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer.
• Assign QA implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
• Co-operation with buying House/Buyer QA for inline/Final audits.
• Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
