Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters /from any University.
∎ Preferred MBA in Textiles.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Assist senior for daily works.
∎ Good knowledge in Knit/Woven/sweater production and planning.
∎ Organize and follow up orders from sampling to delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth merchandising operations.
∎ The incumbent must have adequate knowledge from inquiry stage to shipment in the stipulated timeline.
∎ Follow up, supervision & shipment of overall production of Knit/Woven/sweaters.
∎ Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
∎ Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
∎ Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes to operating procedures when the need arises.
∎ Will be responsible for all activities in knit/woven/sweater production.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To review production plan with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles,
∎ Help to achieve daily planed target
∎ Responsible for overall merchandising activities to run the Company.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process.
∎ Ensure all fabric/yarn tests put into work
∎ Follow-up the quality and production status with QC team
∎ Ensure all shipment bookings made by the factory and all export documents submitted on time.
∎ Work closely with QA / QC to ensure best product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ working experience in factory will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality.
∎ Strong product knowledge.
∎ Good command in English both speaking and writing, public dealing & ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong vendor network for product development, supplier base
∎ Strong communication skills, on email and in conversations with foreign buyer.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
