Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for incoming messages, comments, and mentions.
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, prospects, and followers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about our products/services, promotions, policies, and company initiatives.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Engage with our audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve our social media presence, including content ideas, engagement strategies, and community-building initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor trends and discussions within our online community, providing insights and recommendations for improving our social media strategy.
Track and analyze key metrics related to social media engagement, including response times, sentiment, and customer satisfaction
