• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Client-centric mindset with sales and service orientation.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Lead, supervise, train, monitor, and motivate the team members to ensure delivery of excellent service and continuous improvement.

• Analyze customer feedback and work on improving service quality to strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Ensure strong post-sales engagement, client retention activities, and excellent service satisfaction.

• Monitor team KPIs such as response time, resolution rate and client satisfaction.

• Ensure the team achieves targets related to conversion, retention, and service quality.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Marketing teams.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.

• Handle client calls as and when required.
