Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for incoming messages, comments, and mentions.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, prospects, and followers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services, promotions, policies, and company initiatives.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Engage with our audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our social media presence, including content ideas, engagement strategies, and community-building initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Monitor trends and discussions within our online community, providing insights and recommendations for improving our social media strategy.

  • Track and analyze key metrics related to social media engagement, including response times, sentiment, and customer satisfaction

  • Create content calendars and content strategies (blog posts, emails, videos, social media, etc.).
