Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business questions related to general product knowledge
∎ Clearly explain the solution to the client by phone or email. Advise customers on the specific capabilities of the forethought platform and related solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering teams, report bugs, prioritize items and understand how to find technical solutions for your customers.
∎ Collaborating with all project stakeholders to determine root cause for business problems
∎ Continuously acquire deep product knowledge and learn new technologies.
∎ Participate in UAT, Implementation & Training
∎ Assist customers in optimal utilization of all software tools and provide technical assistance implementation of all projects.
∎ Provide training to all customers to use web service tools and prepare all required reports for regular analysis.
∎ Implement all site procedures and ensure the configuration of applications according to the task list.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor
∎ Communicate and provide a technical solution to ASAI entities in Asia & Africa.
∎ Perform business analysis and develop SRS for new software requested by the entities.
∎ Perform impact analysis for any change request.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Sound knowledge on basic SQL queries.
∎ Server Site Configuration (Application /Database)
∎ Illustrator, Visio etc. for Template/Prototype Document Preparation
∎ Impact Analysis, analytical ability, Client handling
∎ Very good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written).
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Positive mindset to take a new challenge
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
