Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for user’s seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
∎ To provide user level technical support (Hardware/ Software) for smooth function of computers, printers, security surveillance and internet service as per direction by the department head or as and when necessary.
∎ Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
∎ Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
∎ Walk the user’s through the problem-solving process.
∎ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
∎ Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
∎ Must have quick learning ability, collaboration skills, communication skills & can-do attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Clear Understanding of technology including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail (SMTP, POP, IMAP), HTTP, FTP, Port, Internet Protocol, printing, data share, remote access, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of programming languages, databases, MS Office application & troubleshooting tools.
∎ Certificate on CCNA to be added an advantage
