Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, ETE or Related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Network System, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshoot of production server, appliance, and services.
∎ Setup and install new computers/Laptop, networks, and software updates, known as patches, to software applications.
∎ Install and configure operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2012r2, Windows Server 2016/2019) software and other applications such as Microsoft Office, Anti - Virus also.
∎ Install and configure Mikrotik Router configuration & any kind of Wi-Fi router/switch & CCTV Camera, Attendance Device setup.
∎ Deployment, administration, backup & recovery administration of infrastructure server & services.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
∎ Response to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications.
∎ Inventory management & reporting of infrastructure server, appliance, storage & virtualization status.
∎ Production network server & services performance monitor and optimization.
∎ Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
∎ Expected salary to be mentioned in the CV.
∎ Should have performed any other assignment from top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Must stay in factory premises.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Have to Confident enough to provide Support to a large number of Customers.
∎ Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. AnyDesk, Team Viewer).
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician.
∎ Applicant must be smart, energetic, punctual & self-motivated
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
