∎ Minimum B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) along with MBA is preferable.

∎ Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLC automation, and maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP /CAD and maintenance management systems is a plus.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
∎ Factory-based role with hands-on involvement in equipment maintenance.
∎ Requires shift work and on-call support for urgent issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of factory machinery, motors, conveyors, and automation systems.
∎ Support preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Monitor energy usage and help implement cost-saving measures.
∎ Work with the production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
∎ Monitor daily production activities and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
∎ Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
