Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory control techniques and logistics principles.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is preferable.
Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations.

Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dy. Manager/ Manager for efficient management of our warehouse and logistics operations in our XCG Factory. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely delivery of tiles to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the accurate inventory management of tiles, raw materials, and packaging materials.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping tiles.
Optimize warehouse layout, workflow and supervise warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate & Monitor with transportation providers to schedule efficient to timely delivery of tiles to customers, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to identify and rectify any quality issues.
Documentation, record-keeping and commodity tracking through ERP.
Perform any other tasks as time to time assigned from Management.
