∎ Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with warehouse staff, management, and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
∎ Analytical Ability.
∎ Crisis Management Capability.
∎ Prompt Decision making.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize & maintain total store, inventory and delivery as per prescribed warehouse management system.
∎ Ensure Load/ Unload, storage and issuance of the Raw Material as per prescribed policies and procedures.
∎ Monitoring of sending GRN/MRR/SRV to HO, collecting SR from section, ERP posting of GRN & SR.
∎ Monitor receiving, warehousing, and delivery operations of the finish products by initiating, coordinating policy.
∎ Monitoring & Coordinate of overall recording in Daily Receiving & Delivery Register.
∎ Maintain Spare parts & finished goods stock and routine basis physical inventory to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Inspect Item, as to quality and quantity against freight document/ Chillan.
∎ Control warehouse system by conducting physical counting and reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Keeping detailed records of all warehouse activities and regularly reporting to the Head office.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as SCM, logistics, sales & marketing, accounts & admin, to coordinate warehouse management activities.
∎ Undertake any assigned tasks and projects as directed by management.
