Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (major in HRM) or Masters in Management with PGDHRM from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
∎ Maintain HR database
∎ Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staff
∎ Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter and transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by top management
∎ Maintain biometric database for insurance
∎ Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, record of employees/staffs
∎ Ensure that attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
∎ Prepare salary sheet and pay slip
∎ Prepare the bills-final settlement, subsistence allowance etc
∎ Arrange training program for workers and staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, firefighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc
∎ Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
∎ Deal with disciplinary action of employees and staffs
∎ Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, self motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Must be familiar with MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory premises at own accord
