Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customer for complain resolving.
∎ Vist customer to understand customer concern or requirement on quality.
∎ Supervise Finishing QA to understand customer requirement.
∎ Evaluation of daily visit/complaints report with QAM.
∎ Work to cross- functional team to settle the customer complaints.
∎ Maintain records of visit/complaints to ensure quick population of visit/complaints report.
∎ Records corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ Arrange QC meeting with respective unit on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
∎ To prepare monthly report and submit to QAM within stipulated time

∎ Age at least 18 years
