Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Setting sales targets and performance metrics for the team, and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services to target customers and industries.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and institutions, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Making price proposal according to client’s requirement.
- Sourcing Products from local & International market according to price proposal.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.
- Performing any other work assigned by top management.
