Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and coaching the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity.
Setting sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, and monitoring progress towards goals.
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services to target customers and industries.
Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and institutions, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
