• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bachelor/Honors

Candidate can apply who has 6-12 Months Duration Course in any Architect Designing Subject.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, HVAC System

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and other relevant design software.

• Strong knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and safety requirements for commercial kitchens.

• Ability to prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and project documentation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel for site visits, supervision, and project coordination.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing kitchen layouts, floor plans, and equipment placement ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into practical kitchen designs.

• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, 2D Design, 3D visualizations, Isometric view, and technical documentation for project execution.

• Coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of kitchen projects.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, ventilation, and regulatory standards in all designs.

• Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, verify installations, and resolve on-site issues.

• Advising on suitable kitchen equipment specifications and placement for optimal workflow and energy efficiency.

• Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting.

• Providing post-installation support and design adjustments based on client feedback.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in kitchen design.

• Reporting regularly to management on project status, challenges, and recommendations.

• Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.

• In case of emergency, have to respond on weekend or after duty time.
