Job Location: Dautia, Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.

Preference Area: Savar, Nabinagar, Dhamrai, and Kalampur.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email. Moreover, providing accurate information about products or services.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer carefully.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Proficient in excel and Microsoft word.
  • Updating and managing customer databases with accurate details.
  • Documenting interactions for future reference.
  • Continuously learning about company offerings and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Communicating customer needs to relevant departments like sales, logistics, or technical support.
  • Managing production lead time across cross- functional teams.
  • Timely reporting to the team manager.
  • Uphold company policies and regulations as set by HR and Admin.
