Job Location: Dautia, Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
Preference Area: Savar, Nabinagar, Dhamrai, and Kalampur.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email. Moreover, providing accurate information about products or services.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer carefully.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft word.
- Updating and managing customer databases with accurate details.
- Documenting interactions for future reference.
- Continuously learning about company offerings and policies to provide accurate information.
- Communicating customer needs to relevant departments like sales, logistics, or technical support.
- Managing production lead time across cross- functional teams.
- Timely reporting to the team manager.
- Uphold company policies and regulations as set by HR and Admin.
