Job Context:
∎ The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for assisting with data analytics readiness assessments of critical projects.
∎ Responsible for facilitating conversations with identified stakeholders as it relates to gathering required information to support the analytics readiness assessment.
∎ As a Jr. Analyst you will be asked to create reports that provide insight into how the program is performing, identifying common issues & trends, and recommending measurable actions to drive improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Validation of customers' data using complex parameters.
∎ Interpret data needs and assess how to meet those requirements with the available data and tools.
∎ Communicate complex data findings in a clear, understandable manner among multiple teams.
∎ Identify and clean data errors, deficiencies, sometimes designing applications to provide support.
∎ Assist in the identification (and resolution) of data quality issues within the databases.
∎ Documentation of data environments and processes for the department.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming is an added advantage.
∎ Analytical mind that is data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ A fast learner and able to adopt new data analytical processes.
∎ Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
