Responsibilities & Context:
- Overall client Communication and Interviewing, Conduct design workshop.
- Prepare SRS/BRS PPT (User Journey) for client to finalize business requirements.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document people (e.g. capacity building), processes, and platforms (i.e. technology systems) requirements
- Analyses, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
- Partner with business users to conduct acceptance testing.
- Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures.
- Work with Solution Architects/Developers to ensure the system solution can be feasibly implemented and satisfies business/user requirements.
- Document and act as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work within a project team to deliver incremental business value to users following an Agile methodology.
- Identify any potential conflicting business requirements, definition gaps, dependencies between projects and escalate to project manager to formulate a resolution plan.
- Support the prioritization of design requirements with the project team with an informed understanding of the impact to the organization.
- Maintain accurate, version controlled, documentation over the project lifecycle, which is readily available to key stakeholders, and ensure the knowledge is disseminated.
