- Skill: Auto cad, Sketchup/3ds Max with v-ray, Photoshop.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Design Preparation: Develop architectural 2D plans and 3D design concepts.
- Visualization: Create and refine 3D designs and visualizations to effectively communicate design proposals.
- Client Interaction: Take client briefs to identify needs and develop flexible reports and design proposals.
- Documentation: Prepare and check Bills of Materials, Bills of Quantities, and cost estimates in line with approved designs. Material Research: Research and source appropriate materials and products for projects.
- Development: Innovate and develop new design concepts for both interior and exterior projects, ensuring a strong understanding of detailed designs, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/3ds Max, and Illustrator for project visualization and documentation.
- Construction Oversight: Monitor the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Self-Management: Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines set by the team leader.
