Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine and document user requirements for business processes and implementing solutions.
∎ Updating, implementing and maintaining software implementation procedures.
∎ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Communicate clearly and accurately with clients regarding the status of their reported issues.
∎ Work closely with the product management team to share insights around customer-reported issues, prioritize bugs and enhancement requests, and provide input on release planning.
∎ Knowledge in SQL Query, ERP Systems will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Must be fluent in English in the form of written and verbal.
∎ Consistent in analyzing and solving complex, multi-step problems.
∎ Ability to learn quickly & capability of adapting new technical skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be comfortable in client management and/or interaction.
∎ Programming skills are an added advantage.
