Responsibilities & Context:
Progeny Technologies Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, quick-learning Support Engineer Interns to assist with enterprise business software implementations and client support activities.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka. Candidates who successfully complete the internship program will be considered for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements.
Support software implementation activities.
Troubleshoot and respond to client issues under senior guidance.
Communicate with clients regarding issue updates and resolutions.
Assist in preparing training materials, documentation, and testing procedures.
Work closely with the internal product and support teams to understand client needs and system functionalities.
