Job Responsibilities:
Determine and document user requirements for business processes and implementing solutions.
Updating, implementing and maintaining software implementation procedures.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Communicate clearly and accurately with clients regarding the status of their reported issues.
Work closely with the product management team to share insights around customer-reported issues, prioritize bugs and enhancement requests, and provide input on release planning.
