Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Chemistry/ B.Sc in Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect sample order sheet and prepare lab dip with mentioned buyer, order, style and fabric wise.
∎ To check and send all buyers Lab dips with correct matching with right combination for buyer approval.
∎ To check and confirm in-house basic chemical purity test.
∎ To prepare database of all dyestuffs in the data color machine.
∎ To feed all the color swatch standard in the data color machine with mentioned buyer wise file.
∎ To operate Auto lab TF/ Robot dozer and prepare all the stock solution.
∎ To do fiber composition test of all types of blended fabric, such as CVC, PC etc.
∎ To prepare the recipe with economic and comparatively less costing.
∎ To study regularly all the updated documents of buyer requirement.
∎ To-take all the responsibilities & face Self Reliant Supplier QA Audit as a Nominated Color Lab Technician/Colorist.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Have knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word etc.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Negotiation and Convince Skill
