Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in object oriented programming (Java/.NET/Scala/C++).
∎ Akka experience (understanding actor model) is a plus.
∎ Design Patterns (can you explain the benefits of modular code?).
∎ Linux experience (you can prepare a new server for handling thousands of requests per second?).
∎ Awareness of performance, scalability, maintainability and security.

∎ Good to haves
∎ Past experience in relevant field.
∎ Is a team player: reason: we often need to depend on each other to get shit done, it could be an item update, or a project two or more people are working together on.
