Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: N2 https:www.jlpt.jptopicslist2013.html or equivalent certificate,Japanese equivalent of N2 or higher
∎ Skills Required: English (Language), Japanese Language
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education and Training, Internet of Things, IT Project Management, Software Development, Translation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Research Organization, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a communication interface between the BD and JP.
∎ Provide administrative support to each project.
∎ Converse with Japanese clients and understand their ideas and requirements.
∎ Negotiate with Japanese clients on requirements, deadlines, work schedule, risk, issues, solutions, etc.
∎ Brief the team in Bangladesh in English or Bangla about client's requirement.
∎ Translate English content into Japanese and vice versa
∎ Maintains team minutes of meetings, communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports.
∎ Analyzing Information & data inputting, general mathematical skills, presentation skills, verbal communication in English & Japanese, written Communication in both English & Japanese, analytical tools, attention to detail
∎ Understanding of web standards and responsive design techniques.
∎ The candidate must be able to work independently.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good command over English & Japan
∎ Has to work on multiple projects
∎ Has to attend meetings with client (Japan, U.S)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 43 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Japanese citizens can apply
∎ Able to understand the Japanese language & translate to Bengali.
∎ Able to read and write the Japanese language.
∎ Successfully contribute to client-facing software projects by individual effort
∎ Regularly meet delivery estimates set by the client
∎ Build productive internal and external working relationships
∎ Work under Pressure, Passion for learning and growth
∎ You must be fairly conversant in writing and speaking of English.
∎ Required to communicate effectively with the development team.
∎ You should be either a native Japanese with excellent writing, reading, and speaking ability
∎ Vast knowledge project lifecycle
∎ Must have the capability to adapt to new technology and if necessary, switch to new technology
∎ With the QA team, jointly develop strategies for automating testing across multiple platforms.
∎ Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies and project tools
∎ If Japanese communication is good then there is an opportunity to go to Japan.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 65000 (Monthly)
