Job Context:
∎ We are a custom software company based out of Dhaka.
∎ With our vast experience of developing software for the clients in Europe and North America, we are expanding our business in Japan right now.
∎ We need you to help expand our business in the Japanese market, and also to coordinate with our existing Japanese clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be a communication bridge between Bangladeshi and Japanese teams.
∎ Converse with Japanese clients and understand their ideas and requirements.
∎ Negotiate with Japanese client on requirements, deadlines, work schedule, risk, issues, solutions, etc.
∎ Brief the team in Bangladesh in English or Bangla about client's requirement.
∎ Translate English content into Japanese and vice versa.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ You should be either a native Japanese with excellent writing, reading, and speaking ability; or you must possess N2 level in JLPT.
∎ You must be fairly conversant in writing and speaking of English.
∎ Graduation in Computer Science or IT related field is preferred.
∎ Experience of working in a software company.
∎ Experience and proficiency in one of the programming languages such as PHP / RoR / Python / Java / .Net / iOS / Android etc.
