Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic `IT Trainer` to train student in advance courses. You will train and IT Courses training programs and help our student skills that will make them better professionals.
∎ Training Subject: Digital Marketing, Web Design, Web Developer, Graphic Design
∎ IT trainers must be knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, CPA Marketing, Social Media marketing), Web Design and Development (HTML,CSS, JS, PHP, Wordpress), Graphic Design(PS, AI). Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. The goal is to contribute to the development of student`s technical skills to meet organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT training programs on Digital Marketing, Web Design and Development, Graphic Design.
∎ Prepare training lesson plan.
∎ Determine course content according to training objectives.
∎ Collaborate with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training programs and components.
∎ Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and design team.
∎ Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
∎ With supervision, manage training resources (Student) to ensure deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule.
∎ Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, logistics etc.
∎ Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge by attending education workshops, classes and reading publications.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
